My name is Jessica Schultz and I am a Health and Fitness Coach. I love to help educate, inspire, and motivate people on their health and fitness journeys.
About Jessica Schultz: Professional Background
I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with an AS in Physical Fitness Specialist and a BS in Holistic Nutrition and completed my internship at the YMCA in Williamsport, PA. From there, I was a Personal Trainer for Bally Total Fitness and Lady of America.
I opened my own personal training studio in 2004 to be closer to home and create my own hours.
As much as I loved the experiences from the previous gyms, I felt that it was time to move on. I was excited to become my own boss and to implement my own training philosophy and theories.
Also, I have certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Pilates Matwork Specialty. I am TRX Certified, and TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training Certified.
My Inspiration and Motivation
“Being the youngest version of myself”.
I am inspired to move my body and free my mind, while being aware of giving my body the proper fuel that it needs to perform at its optimum.
Truly, I do not enjoy being tired, achy, weak, bored, or purposeless.
I believe we are the makers of our own.
We choose, we create, and it is up to us to self motivate.
We can find the tools to help aid us towards our goals and motivations if we are willing.
I have CHOSEN to be of service to those that want to learn more on their fitness journey, and to those that need more guidance on their journey as well.
I have CREATED – and am still in the process of creating – a platform that can reach many people with different goals.
My MOTIVATION is helping people become stronger so they can feel their best.
